Event Submission Recommendations:

1. Description: Provide a clear and concise statement of the event’s purpose. Ensure all essential details are included, such as the date, time, admission, and location. Highlight the key features of the event, like featured speakers, scheduled activities, and the overall format. Include contact information within the description so interested parties can learn more.
2. Event Location: Include the name of the event facility, street address, city, state and zip code.
3. Event Banner: For optimal website performance and accessibility, upload landscape-oriented images (JPG, PNG, or GIF) that are approximately 1200 pixels wide and under 400KB in file size. Minimize text overlaying the images to improve their effectiveness.

Event Review:

While events are submitted to our website calendar, they are not published automatically. All events undergo a 5-7 business day review process before being approved for display. Additional time may be required around holidays and office closures.
