From motocross and ATVs racing for first place at High Point Raceway to the thundering sound of tractors and trucks powering down the pull track at the Greene County Fairgrounds. Or head to the Greene County Airport to race your own vehicle down the airport strip! There is something for all to enjoy this summer with motor sports.
Mason-Dixon GNCC
The fast-paced action of the world’s best ATV and bike riders are back in Mount Morris for the Mason-Dixon GNCC this summer. The woods of Mathews Farm highlight Southwestern PA’s rolling hills for the riders with open and tight single trails leading up to some fun hill climbs. Don’t miss the action with ATVs, Micros, and E-Mountain bikes racing on Saturday, June 1st followed by Youth and Pro Bikes racing on Sunday, June 2nd.
Greene County Mega Pull
The NTPA truck and tractor pulling series arrives at the Greene County Fairgrounds on Saturday, June 8th. The Greene County Mega Pull features four high action-packed classes will feature the top drivers and top vehicles touring across the nation. Don’t miss out on this uniquely American pastime!
High Point National
The world’s best pro motocross racers will challenge each other on one of the most legendary motocross facilities in the world – High Point Raceway in Mount Morris. Bring dad out on Father’s Day weekend to enjoy the sun, friends, and family while watching the toughest athletes go head-to-head in intense, dirt-slinging action in Greene County’s countryside for the High Point National.
Flashlight Drags
The Greene County Airport will once again will take on the look and feel of a drag strip this summer. Each racer will proceed to the staging lanes and wait for his/her turn to run on the 1/8-mile runway. The Starter signals the start of the race with a flash and they’re off. Six hundred and sixty feet later down the runway, the finish light signals the winner. Amazing cars, amazing drivers, and amazing technology will run in heads-up, no prep racing at the Flashlight Drags, where it’s “Street Racing, Without the Jail Time”.
Prep those cars, trucks, motorcycles and tractors! You are invited to celebrate the Southwestern Pennsylvania summer at any of Greene County’s numerous car cruises and shows. They are an annual favorite throughout the months of May through September.
