King Coal Association, Inc.

Organizes the annual Pennsylvania Bituminous King Coal Festival to celebrate heritage, community, family, and the legacy of the Southwestern Pennsylvania coal mining industry.

The King Coal Association was formed in 1953 consisting of three local organizations, Carmichaels Chamber of Commerce, Carmichaels-Cumberland Twp. VFC., and the Carmichaels Lions Club.
