It starts at the Monongahela River in Greensboro and concludes at the Ohio River south of Moundsville, West Virginia. The total distance is 67 miles, with 45 miles in Pennsylvania. Marked with yellow blazes and red mileposts, the trail is maintained by volunteers in the Warrior Trail Association with monthly work hikes.
