Carmichaels Covered Bridge Festival

A festival site for the EQT Washington & Greene Counties’ Covered Bridge Festival, the Carmichaels Covered Bridge Festival is held primarily at the Greene Academy of Art. The Covered Bridge Festival is the unofficial kick-off to the Fall festival season! Arts & crafts, home-style food, historical exhibits, unique entertainment & more – all amid beautiful scenery! Each covered bridge has a charm of its own that brings people back year after year.

Free admission and parking. Parking available at Laurel Point Cemetery adjacent to festival site. Hours of operation are 10am to 4:30pm on Saturday and Noon to 4:30pm on Sunday, rain or shine.

Food | DJ’s Family Diner; What’s Smokin’ BBQ food truck; PA Poppers Kettle Corn and Lemonade; Greene Technology Center Food Truck (Saturday only)

Shopping | A variety of homemade crafts, unique jewelry, paintings, candles, wax melts, wood crafts, handmade soaps, farmhouse painted antique handmade keychains and tumblers, crochet items, wooden items, floral arrangements, decorated shirts, hand-crafted jewelry, carpenter bracelets, art made from horseshoes and much more.
