The White Covered Bridge Association hosts the White Covered Bridge Festival the third weekend of September during the annual Washington & Greene Counties' Covered Bridge Festival. The festival operates from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday with admission and parking free. Highlights include handmade crafts, displays, horse drawn wagon rides, Civil War reenactments, live gospel music, food prepared by local churches and fire departments, and more!
Meetings are held at 7:30pm on the first Tuesday of the month (March to October) at the Greene Township Community Building (234 Garards Fort Rd, Waynesburg, PA 15370). Anyone interested in planning, organizing, fundraising or volunteering is welcome to attend.
